Ju njoftojmë se për ndeshjen Shkëndija-Milani organizatori ka vendosur që voucher-ët e blerë online t’i shfrytëzoni si biletë për të hyrë në stadium. Voucher-ët që paraprakisht i keni pranuar në email adresat tuaja në formë të dokumentit pdf, detyrimisht të printohen me qëllim që bar kodi të mund të skanohet gjatë hyrjes në tribuna.
VËREJTJE: Shfrytëzuesi i voucher-it është përgjegjës ta ruajë të njejtin dhe të mos lejojë kopje shtesë të vocuher që mund të rrezikojnë hyrjen e tij në stadium, pasi që bar kodi nëse evidentohet një herë në hyrje, i njejti nuk mund të shfrytëzohet në tentim të dytë. Shfaqja e voucher-it nga telefoni mobil apo çfarëdo mjeti tjetër elektronik nuk është i lejuar. Detyrimisht voucher-i të lexohet qartë dhe të jetë i PRINTUAR në mënyrë korekte.
Ju lutemi ditën e ndeshjes të jeni në stadium më herët, me qëllim për të shmangur rëmujat në hyrje të stadiumit. Dyert e tribunave do të jenë të hapura 3 orë para fillimit të ndeshjes.
Nëse keni blerë voucher online dhe të njëjtët nuk ju kanë arritur në email adresën tuaj, keni shënuar adresë të gabuar të emailit ose keni fshirë porosinë gabimisht. Ju lutemi të dërgoni kërkesë në info@karti.com.mk më vonë deri të mërkurën, 23.09.2017 me qëllim që të njëjtat t’ju dërgohen sërish. Në kërkesën tuaj duhet t’i shënoni të dhënat që keni shënuar gjatë procesit të blerjes së voucher-it online, me qëllim që më lehtë t’ju gjejmë në sistem.
Dear customers,
With regards to the upcoming football match between KF Skendija and AC Milan, we inform you that the organizer has decided the vouchers you have already bought online to be used as entry tickets. For that reason, it is mandatory that the vouchers you have previously received at your e-mail address as PDF document to be printed, as they will be scanned upon entrance. Please make sure that the barcodes on the printed vouchers are clearly visible and undamaged.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to keep it for himself and not to allow creation of any additional copies which may put in risk his own entrance. Once the barcode on the voucher is scanned upon entrance, the vouchers will not be usable for any other person or usage. Presenting a voucher on a smartphone or any other electronic device is not available. Therefore, it is necessary the voucher to be neatly PRINTED and readable.
In order to avoid unnecessary long queues upon entrance, we kindly ask you to arrive at the stadium early enough before the beginning of the match. The gates will be opened three hours before the match.
In case you had bought vouchers online but did not receive them at your e-mail address, or you entered a wrong e-mail address or you deleted the message by mistake, please send us a request on info@karti.com.mk no later than Wednesday, September 23rd 2017 in order the vouchers to be resend. In your request, please make sure you leave the same information that you entered upon the online purchase of the vouchers, so we can find you in our database.
